I had my car diagnosed inaccurately and was lied to about necessary repairs to fix my issue. Car was in the shop 4 times and each time I was told that something else needs to be done on my car in order to fix it. And now - the screen has a glare in it that keeps glitching, which will not allow me to use it. I called and the service woman got extremely rude with me after asking her if she knew would it could be since they didn’t have appointments until August. “Sir, I’m not a technician, I don’t know.” So far, I have had a problem with the tires, the start/stop battery, and now the screen. I’m not sure if I should be anxious about having 3 problems after buying the car after three months.
